The recent resignation of New Zealand's prime minister made me wonder how men and women are still treated quite differently when taking (or not taking) time off work.
I think that people might find it useful to reflect also about how gender and race, for example, influence the process of asking for a sabbatical — I'm not asking you for another in-depth consideration about this, since this is a product and organization design place, just thinking out loud 🙂
